Lamb Burgers

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 4 Burger Buns

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
