Pork Chop Soup Recipe
A hearty and comforting pork chop soup perfect for chilly days.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork Chops
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Diced Tomatoes canned
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Stir to combine.
4. Return the pork chops to the pot. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the pork chops are cooked through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
