Potato Soup with Hash Browns
A comforting and hearty potato soup made with crispy hash browns.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Hash Browns frozen or fresh
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 medium Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Butter
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the hash browns and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
5. Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and the soup is heated through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
