  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  3. 3. Add the corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth to the pot. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
