- 1 lb Baby Potatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary.
Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
