Ingredients

  • 1 can Spam
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oil or butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Slice Spam into thin pieces.
  2. Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Fry Spam slices until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove Spam from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, crack the eggs and cook to your liking.
  6. Season eggs with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve Spam with eggs.
