Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce Recipe
This is a simple and delicious teriyaki marinade and sauce recipe that you can use for various dishes.

Main Ingredients
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool. Use as a marinade or sauce as desired.
