Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Grated zucchini
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Form the mixture into small patties and fry them in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
