  • 2 cups Grated zucchini
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
