Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Zucchini, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine zucchini, onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper.
  2. 2. Add sugar, white vinegar, salt, celery seed, and mustard seed to the pot.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to sterilized jars and refrigerate.
